Book a second subsidised flat (Executive Condominium) and sell your first subsidised flat (BTO/ Resale HDB with grant), Before taking possession of the Executive Condominium.

 

You can choose to pay resale levy at the point of: 

• Selling your exisiting flat in the open market, or

• Taking possession of the Executive Condominium.
