Above 30 Years Loan Tenure or extends past age 65:

Maximum Loan Limit: 60% of the purchase price

Minimum Cash Downpayment: 10% of the purchase price

Minimum CPF/ Cash Downpayment: 30% of the purchase price

 

Buyer's Stamp Duty: 

Singapore Citizen/ Permanent Residents: 3% - $5400 of Purchase Price 

 

Additional Buyer Stamp Duty (ABSD):

Not Applicable for EC
