Disbursement of Grant

The Grant is given only to Singapore Citizen (not SPR spouse).

After you have submitted E-application, we will contact you to get the necessary documents.

After booking of unit, we will submit to HDB. Grant subject to HDB's approval. 

Once approval given, grant will be disburse to relevant parties.

Processing time to credit depend on HDB to CPF.

 

APPLICATION TO BUY A FLAT/ AMOUNT:

• Sole Applicant: Full grant.

• Joint Applicants (husband & wife): Half of the full grant each.

• Joint applicants who are not husband & wife:  Grant given only to one eligible applicant per flat.

     (e.g. married siblings, parents and married child) 

 

The grant once disbursed cannot be returned.

 

Disbursement of Top-Up Grant

The Top-Up Grant is given only to a Singapore Citizen spouse (not Singapore Permanent Resident spouse) who is listed as an owner or applicant of the flat.

 

Example:

 (Husband - Singapore Citizen) + (Wife - Singapore Permanent Resident spouse) + (Child - Singapore Citizen).

Husband - Singapore Citizen will get the grant.

Wife -Singapore Permanent Resident will not get the grant.

Child - Singapore Citizen will get the Top-Up Grant, Grant will be issue to the Father (Husband - Singapore Citizen)
